Q: How much is shipping & handling in the United States?

Shipping is based on the recipient's location. Enter your zip code into the shopping cart and select the type of shipping you wish. The amount will show in the cart. If you wish to change the shipping speed, click on "change shipping options" in the shipping summary of the cart.

Q: How much is international shipping?

International shipping will be determined by the speed of shipping and location of the recipient. Please choose your country in the shopping cart and the type of shipping required. We ship internationally via United States Global Express Mail, (EMS) and UPS Express and UPS Expedited. The charge for shipping will show in the shopping cart. You can change the shipping options by clicking on "change shipping options" in the shipping summary of the cart.

Q: How long does it take?

International shipping takes 5 - 7 days via United States Express Mail. UPS Express is 1 - 2 days and UPS Expedited is 2 - 3 days. Please allow an additional 1 - 2 days for the shipment to clear customs. Additionally, please be advised that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

In the continental United States we offer UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. To Canada we offer UPS Ground and United States Global Express Mail. Internationally we offer United States Global Express Mail. UPS Express and UPS Expedited.

Q: What is the estimated time of delivery in the United States?

Delivery In the continental United States usually takes between 3 - 6 working days via UPS ground. During the holiday season, delivery can take from 5 - 7 working days. We ship from Southern California, so if you are shipping to this area you can expect your package the following day. If you live in Northern California, Utah, Arizona and most parts of Nevada, delivery takes 2 days. See the map for other areas.

Q: What about Hawaii & Alaska?

Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via UPS. Please choose Ground, Next Day or 2nd Day Air.

Q: Is ordering on line from your site secure?

Yes! We use Americart's Secure Shopping Cart service.

Q: I'm interested in one of the videos offered in your web site, but I would to know if there's an option to order it via snail mail or some other way, other than on-line order.

You may order by fax or snail mail. You can collect the information on the DVDs that you want to order just as if you were going to place an on line order, then when you go to the checkout, there is an option for fax or mailing the order to us. You then print the page that is presented in your browser. You may also call us at 800-377-1039 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, PST.

We have a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you find that a DVD doesn't work out for you, you can return it for a refund or exchange (less shipping charges).

Q: My DVD won't play in my Mac (OSX)

A: If you are having trouble playing back a DVD in a Mac (os 10.1 or higher) you are can download the VideoLAN player for Mac. It is free. The player can be found at http://www.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/0.4.5/macosx/vlc-0.4.5a.dmg. Check back to the VideoLAN web site once in a while for new free updates. In addition to this free player, Real's ProOne Superpass player can play back DVDs and so will Windows Media 9.

Q: How do I can I follow along with older DVDs now that I've upgraded to version 8 or 9?

A: Hit Alt+F10 (on pc) and a selector will come up giving you the option to choose 8, 7, 7.5, 6.0 or 5.5 interfaces. This works in both Modeler and Layout.
